Ignacio has an extensive career in consulting and management across payments, loyalty programs, co-branding, and business intelligence, in addition to serving as a director and board advisor for acquiring and correspondent banking companies. His professional background includes executive roles at financial institutions and leading companies such as Banco de Chile, BancoEstado, Cencosud, Cencosud Retail Financiero, and Entel, demonstrating his ability to lead and innovate in the financial sector.

Martín is a leading Growth Hacker and CMO for startups in the United States, with experience as an Innovation Manager at major retail companies in LATAM and as the founder of several e-commerce startups. He is an expert in developing digital platforms across multiple LATAM countries and an active participant and board member. Founder of YaEsta.com and Ropstar.co, Martín also mentors startups, bringing his extensive experience and innovative vision to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
